WHAT EXACTLY DOES THE GLOBAL WEALTH STRATEGY™ DO?

The Global Wealth Strategy™ is a strategic coordination firm. We help high-performing Australians understand whether global repositioning makes economic sense for their specific situation — and if it does, we coordinate the legal, tax, and implementation professionals required to do it properly.

We are not a tax firm. We are not a migration agent. We are not a financial adviser. We design the architecture and manage the process. The regulated work — tax advice, legal opinions, compliance lodgment — is delivered by independent registered professionals engaged directly by you.

Every engagement is different. The level of coordination, legal advisory, and implementation support required depends entirely on your situation — your income structure, entity complexity, family circumstances, chosen jurisdiction, and timeline.

We do not publish fixed pricing because we do not offer fixed solutions. The first step is always a Global Wealth Assessment, which establishes the full picture of your situation before any further investment is considered. From there, any engagement that follows is scoped to what you actually need.

To understand what an engagement might look like for your circumstances, the right starting point is to apply.

No. The Global Wealth Strategy™ does not provide tax agent services, legal advice, or financial product advice.

All formal tax advice, legal opinions, residency determinations, and compliance services are delivered by independent registered professionals — specifically James Meli, an independent tax lawyer, and Anthony huynh’s firm Trover Tax — who engage directly with you as the client.

Our role is strategic coordination, implementation management, and advisory architecture. We connect you with the right professionals and manage the process end to end.

The short answer is — you probably don’t, until you model the economics properly.

That is exactly what our Level 1 Global Wealth Assessment is designed to do. We map three scenarios — Stay, Partial Restructure, Full Exit — and give you a clear economic picture of what each path looks like for your specific situation before you make any decisions.

Seventy percent of people who go through this assessment should not move. We tell them that clearly and directly. If the economics do not support repositioning, we say so. The assessment is the right starting point regardless of which way the numbers fall.

You can also start with our free Global Wealth Positioning Scorecard — a five-minute diagnostic that gives you an initial read on your situation before any investment is made.

Yes. Everything The Global Wealth Strategy™ coordinates is grounded in legal, compliant, and professionally validated processes.

We operate on a compliance-first basis. Nothing grey. Nothing reckless. All tax and legal advice is delivered by independent registered professionals — a tax lawyer and a licensed accounting firm — who are accountable to their professional registrations and to you as the client.

We do not promote tax evasion. We do not encourage secrecy. We do not promise specific tax outcomes. We coordinate a legally compliant pathway for high-performing Australians to explore global positioning intelligently.

Our primary focus jurisdictions are Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Cyprus, Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Each has been selected based on lifestyle appeal, territorial or favourable tax systems, asset protection considerations, and established founder communities.

We have vetted professional networks — tax advisers, migration agents, banking contacts, and real estate professionals — across each of these jurisdictions, which means clients who reach the implementation stage arrive with a coordinated professional team already in place.

The right jurisdiction for you depends on your specific situation — business structure, lifestyle preferences, family circumstances, and long-term objectives. Jurisdiction shortlisting is a core component of the Level 1 Global Wealth Assessment.

It depends on the level of engagement and the complexity of your situation.

The Level 1 Global Wealth Assessment is typically delivered within ten business days of the kick-off call. The Level 2 Pre-Departure Architecture — coordinated via James Meli — typically takes four to six weeks depending on complexity. Level 3 Implementation timelines vary by jurisdiction and the scope of restructuring required.

One of the most important things we do is establish a realistic timeline at the outset and then manage to it. We communicate proactively if anything changes. You will never need to chase us for an update.

Not necessarily. Global repositioning does not always mean full relocation.

The Level 1 Assessment maps three scenarios — Stay, Partial Restructure, and Full Exit. Some clients benefit significantly from structural changes to how their wealth is held and managed without physically relocating. Others find that full relocation makes the most economic sense. The assessment clarifies which path is appropriate for your situation.

We do not assume the answer before we have seen the numbers. That is what separates us from operators who sell relocation as the default solution.

Our two primary professional partners are:

James Meli — an independent tax lawyer specialising in cross-border structuring, CGT, CFC strategy, M&A, and ATO compliance. James is a trusted advisor to accountants, lawyers, and financial planners across Australia and engages directly with clients for all formal legal and tax advisory work.

Anthony huynh — founder of Trover Tax, a specialist tax and structuring firm that delivers entity restructuring, offshore structure coordination, ATO compliance management, and implementation execution. Trover Tax engages directly with clients for all compliance and structuring work.

Both James and Anthony operate under their own independent professional engagements with each client. They are not subcontractors of The Global Wealth Strategy™ — they are independent registered professionals who are directly accountable to you and to their professional registrations.

The first step is to apply. Applications are reviewed within 48 hours and every applicant receives a personal response.

If approved, you will be invited to book a complimentary strategic consultation with Shane to discuss your situation and determine whether the Global Wealth Assessment is the right starting point.

If you are not ready to apply yet, the Global Wealth Positioning Scorecard is a free five-minute diagnostic that gives you an initial read on your situation. It is the best place to start if you are still in the early exploration stage.
